This form is not for requesting an appointment, or seeking specific individualized help, such as troubleshooting your iCareers account. To meet with a Career Services advisor, please schedule an appointment on Handshake only.

Responses will be read by the full Career Team. Your identity will only be known by our team should you choose to leave your name and email.

Note: Though we do not expect these topics frequently (if at all) in your feedback, please know that Career Services advisors and Student Services staff are considered “campus security authorities” under the Clery Act and must report some criminal actions and hate-related crimes when disclosed.
