We dealt with a classic information problem: “how to convert data into information?” National Disability Rights Network was spending a lot of time and labor consolidating data and turning that data into meaningful insights. The problem space was both specialized and small-scaled enough that we developed a custom solution. We built a portal in which the end users could consume visualizations that clearly addressed each high-level “question” in the form of a report. This portal was tailored for those with the most rudimentary data skills, and a very few, but highly designed, use cases.
