Nicole Kuhn (PhD Candidate) presented a talk titled, “Engaging Indigenous Research Methodologies and Ethics to Understand How Indigenous Communities are Leveraging Social Media for Health Communication” at the Berkeley Center for New Media, at University of California – Berkeley. In this talk, Nicole shared her dissertation research focused on developing community-engaged research strategies that support American Indian and Alaska Native communities in leveraging TikTok and other social media platforms to share health information with their citizens.
