J. Elizabeth Mills, Kathleen Campana, and Michelle H. Martin published a white paper with the Association for Library Service to Children (ALSC) titled, "Engage, Cultivate, Provide, and Assess: An Outreach Model for Serving All Children and Families." This white paper is based on the IMLS-funded research study, Project LOCAL, and it will be available on the ALSC website. The team will also make it available on their research study website.
Hans Jochen Scholl:
- As co-editor, along with Manuel Pedro Rodríguez Bolívar of the University of Granada, Spain, organized a special issue on “Blockchain in the Public Sector” for the journal Information Polity (vol. 24, no. 4). He also contributed an editorial, which introduced the topic and the eight accepted articles.
- Released version 15.5 of the highly acclaimed Digital Government Reference Library (DGRL) which now contains 12,546 peer-reviewed articles on the subject. Like the Disaster Information Reference Library (DIRL), the DGRL is published semiannually and prepared with help from iSchool Graduate Assistants.
