Biography
Theresa Burch is a Guest Faculty Member at the University of Washington Information School, teaching Management and Strategic Leadership. She has a passion for helping others envision and achieve their aspirational goals and has spent almost 30 years in varied leadership roles at Microsoft implementing innovative business models, technologies, organizational structures, integration strategies, and talent management approaches to drive organizational success. In her time with Microsoft, Theresa successfully integrated acquired technology and companies, launched over 300 new products and business models, and managed multidisciplinary global product management, operations, and launch teams. A life-long learner, Theresa believes every interaction is an opportunity to drive positive growth in herself and others.
