Biography

Connor Shea is a healthcare innovation and product management leader with 18+ years of experience at Kaiser Permanente of Washington, most recently as Senior Director of Innovation, Business Development & Digital Health. Over his career, he has led full-lifecycle product and program management for a range of digital health initiatives, including building a 24/7 digital health service from concept to flagship product, directing the organization's largest digital platform migration, and driving AI-enabled clinical pathways from early concept through production. His background also includes a decade as a Lean consultant, an Advanced Human-Centered Design certification, and hands-on experience translating between clinical, technical, and business stakeholders on complex, cross-functional initiatives. Connor recently completed a Master of Science in Information Management (MSIM) at the University of Washington, specializing in Product/Program Management & Consulting with an additional interest in AI strategy. Going back to school was a strategic investment in deepening his technical and AI knowledge as a complement to his other skills and experience, as he gears up for the next phase of his career. He has served as Clinical Faculty in the UW Master of Health Administration program since 2015, teaching Quality Process Management, and brings that same practitioner's perspective to the classroom, grounded in real-world product, process, and AI strategy work.
