Biography

Rice Majors is a Guest Faculty Member at the University of Washington Information School. His research interests include using machine learning to predict library collection usage, equity and inclusion in collections and digitization programs, and improving the effectiveness of collection development. In addition to his work at the Information School, he has more than 25 years of experience working in and with libraries, including 14 years in library administration and six years in the library technology sector. He has a Masters in Library Science from Emporia State University.
