Biography

Jamie Prins is a seasoned product leader with 20 years of experience driving human-centered product and research programs. Currently on sabbatical and teaching part-time, she has a proven track record of delivering large-scale consumer experiences and building high-performing teams. At Amazon, Prins held leadership roles across Alexa, Kindle, and Logistics, leading Alexa’s Personality team and launching its first masculine voice options globally. Before Amazon, she directed digital strategy initiatives at Forum One for clients including the Gates Foundation and the U.S. Department of Education. Earlier, at Razorfish, she expanded its global site optimization and analytics practice for Fortune 500 clients. Prins also served as an Advisory Board Member for the Informatics program for 16 years.
