Biography

Chad Joyce is a Guest Faculty member at the University of Washington Information School. He also serves as Chief Information and Records Officer, where he oversees all IT service delivery, cybersecurity, and data governance for the Centre County Government in Bellefonte, PA. He has worked in a variety of IT management positions in government, retail, and higher education. He has experience leading and implementing cybersecurity awareness programs,
