- Extend a helping paw: Find ways to engage as an alum! There are several ways for you to engage with the iSchool and fellow alumni, and to support future students. You can learn more about opportunities here.
- Serve as a mentor! You can support current students as a mentor through either of the iSchool’s mentorship programs and through the UWAA Huskies at Work program:
- iMentorship is a multi-month mentorship program that supports INFO and MSIM students.
- iStamp is a multi-month mentorship program that supports MLIS students.
- UWAA Huskies@Work program where UWAA matches up alumni and students for one-time, low-commitment career conversation.
- Support career development for students!
- Sit on an alumni panel! Both iCareers and the partnership between UWAA/Career & Internship Office host alumni panels throughout the year. Here you can talk directly with students about your experiences and support student career exploration.
- iSchool Career Services has opportunities for you to support students through resume reviews, speed talks and interview support.
- Serve as a mentor! You can support current students as a mentor through either of the iSchool’s mentorship programs and through the UWAA Huskies at Work program:
- iSchool career resources: All iSchool Class of 2021 graduates will have access to iSchool Career Services for one year after graduation. Learn more.
