Team PRODigy conducted a comprehensive comparative analysis between Microsoft's current BCDR Manager and ServiceNow's BCDR platform. The analysis identified gaps in ServiceNow's out-of-the-box solution and provided recommendations to bridge these gaps. Additionally, the project highlighted additional functionality available in ServiceNow that could enhance Microsoft's BCDR workstreams.
