Alice Erickson

MLIS, 2018

As of 2025 Alice recently began a new position as a School Resource Services Librarian for the Alameda Free Library, providing outreach services to K-8 students throughout the city. She is also midway through the Catalyst Leadership Development program through the California State Library, designed to support emerging leaders in libraries throughout the state of California.

Verónica Guajardo

PhD, 2018

Verónica rejoined the Washington MESA team as Interim Director of MESA Community College Programs (MCCP), with a focus on implementation of MCCP programs of the six new MCCP sites (a total of 12 programs); offering training and guidance for MESA directors, ensuring the standardization of services to students across all 12 programs; overseeing committee work in student activities such as the Leadership Retreat and Networking events; and as data management and communications with a focus on community colleges, including telling the amazing stories of MESA community college students.

In September 2020, Shipra started working as a Senior Program Manager at Microsoft. Prior to that, she worked at T-Mobile as a Technology Product Manager.

Informatics, 2018

In 2022, Austin started at Microsoft as a Software Engineer II working on the Office Suite.

Chan Im

MSIM, 2018

As of 2025 Chan works at Salesforce in the Global Compliance and Certification team within the Product Security organization. He focuses on driving the international expansion of Salesforce's core products by ensuring compliance and operational readiness in global markets, including Asia, to support adoption in industries like public sector and healthcare.

Jordan is working as a public services librarian at Sacramento City College. His faculty work duties include teaching, instructional design, coordination, collection development and serving users at a lively reference desk.

MSIM, 2018

As of 2024, Tejas was working as a Program Manager in the Shopping Experience team at Expedia Group.

Brian Keith

MLIS, 2018

As of 2024 Brian became the Dean of Library Services at Eastern Illinois University. Brian also published titled, Liberatory Librarianship: Stories of Community, Connection, and Justice" which seeks to document and advance the roles of information professionals ad libraries in advancing social justice.

Jessica Martinez

MLIS, 2018

jessica is an assistant professor and science librarian at the University of Idaho. She had a paper published in the September 2020 edition of Information Technology and Libraries.

Alanna McAuley

MLIS, 2018

Alanna now lives in London, England, where she is a senior knowledge coordinator at Baringa Partners. She helps more than 650 management consultants capture, curate and share knowledge.
