Jonathan Phan
Informatics, 2018
Jonathan is working at Comcast as a Kubernetes administrator for its development teams. He gets the chance to work on some open-source software, particularly Kuberhealthy, a synthetic testing framework for Kubernetes clusters.

Nick Polsin
Informatics, 2018
After graduating, Nick moved to New York City to work for NBCUniversal in a rotation program, with positions in cybersecurity, network engineering, and cloud infrastructure. Nick was recently promoted to a new role as a cloud solutions architect.
Stephen Richards
MLIS Law, 2018
In 2022, Stephen was appointed the director for the Marin County Law Library.
Benjamin Riesenberg
MLIS, 2018
Benjamin started a job as a metadata librarian in the University of Washington Libraries Cataloging and Metadata Services unit in October 2019.
Saralyn Santos
Informatics, 2018
Saralyn started in the Human Centered Design and Engineering master's program this fall. She also recently started working as the STEM engagement coordinator at the University of Washington Pipeline Project, working with youth in rural and tribal communities to encourage them to study STEM and pursue higher education.
Avanti Shah

In 2021, Avanti reported she was promoted to staff data scientist at Walmart Global Tech: "Have a project under patent pending. Expecting a baby next month. It’s been a great year!"
Anushree Shukla

After graduation, Anushree attended the Grace Hopper conference, representing the iSchool and taking part in the HCI Reviewer Committee in Houston.
Lauren Sullivan
MLIS, 2018
As of 2021, Lauren had recently moved back to her hometown of Elgin, Illinois, to become an adjunct librarian at Elgin Community College.
Jesse Van Hoy
MLIS, 2018
After spending six months at home with a newborn son, Jesse accepted a position as a content and research librarian with Echo Services and will be working on the Microsoft campus in Redmond. Echo performs the bulk of the reference and research support service for Microsoft's employees.
Michael Wagner

In 2022, Michael entered his fourth year in Amazon’s Product Knowledge org and recently (December 2021) had been promoted to Ontologist II.
