iSchool MSIM alum Nishit Bhasin is a mission-driven entrepreneur recognized in Forbes’ 30 Under 30 for Social Impact. His initial entrepreneurial experience came when he founded a virtual reality production house that helped elderly migrants virtually revisit their hometowns. Most recently, alongside fellow iSchool alum Lakshya Garg, Bhasin launched Incskill, a startup focused on digital accessibility. Incskill builds inclusive web and mobile solutions for people with disabilities, partnering with organizations like Google, Microsoft, UNICEF and OpenAI to drive both compliance and impact. The startup focuses on making websites and mobile apps accessible for people with disabilities, ensuring inclusivity and compliance with accessibility standards.
Bhasin sees entrepreneurship as a way to merge innovation with impact. “I strive to exemplify the ideals of entrepreneurship, innovation and social responsibility – values that align deeply with the spirit of the iSchool,” he said. Bhasin credits the iSchool’s entrepreneurship ecosystem, particularly Assistant Professor Mike Teodorescu’s course and the iStartup Lab — for shaping his approach to innovation. He credits the practical knowledge and early support he received at the iSchool as being instrumental in launching Incskill.
