Haranshvir Gujral
MSIM, 2017
After graduating, Haranshvir had a desire to create meaningful software and grow small teams. He engaged with Structural.ai, a small Midwestern startup that aims to help employees unleash their true potential.
Joining a very small team of around 10 people, he led their product and user experience team, and helped create a powerful, multi-platform enterprise application that helps employees of organizations connect better with each other through a dynamic people directory, find internal opportunities that align with their career aspirations (called "Opportunities Marketplace"), and bring information locked away in siloed systems to give employees a great working experience.
For his next adventure, he took a role with Oracle to work on its second-generation Cloud Infrastructure to provide secure, scalable and cost-efficient cloud products to thousands of business around the world.
"Being back in the Seattle area and cloud technology space is exciting! I’m also growing my network by providing mentorship and career guidance to aspiring designers, to junior UXers, and in general to people who are passionate about pursuing a career in tech."
