Biography
Rachel Kroft is a Guest Faculty Member at the University of Washington Information School, specializing in human-centered design, 0-to-1 product development, and team building for start-ups. She is passionate about helping early-stage teams create products that meet customer needs, deliver business value, and positively impact lives. Beyond academia, Rachel has extensive experience delivering innovative digital solutions in healthcare, sports, retail, government, AI, and housing. She has led multidisciplinary teams and recently launched an angel syndicate supporting parent entrepreneurs creating next-generation solutions. Rachel holds a Bachelor’s in Industrial Design from Emily Carr University and an MBA from California College of the Arts.
