Biography

Jamie Rehberg is a Guest Faculty Member at the University of Washington’s Information School and co-founder of a venture specializing in AI agents and assistants. With over 20 years of technology leadership experience, Jamie has held senior roles in product management, engineering management, and global program management. At Microsoft, she managed customer success and support operations exceeding $20M annually, led global teams of up to 500 employees, implemented delivery excellence frameworks for operations, and successfully navigated high-stakes customer escalations. Jamie has also directed extensive global training programs serving thousands of technology professionals across Microsoft globally. She currently focuses on developing innovative AI-driven solutions and sharing industry expertise with graduate students.
