Biography

Don Harper is a Guest Faculty Member at the University of Washington Information School specializing in Program and Project Management and Consulting. He is passionate about the leadership required in program/project management and consulting roles and holds a strong belief leadership plays a major role in the success of programs and projects. In addition to his work at the Information School, he has diverse experiences in program and project leadership roles supporting the Federal Government as a civil servant and contractor for over 40 years. He has a Master of Science in Information Systems Technology, Certificates in CIO Federal Executive Competencies and Project Management from the George Washington University, and a Master of Public Administration from Marist College, as well as many other professional certifications.
