Biography
Don Harper is a Guest Faculty Member at the University of Washington Information School specializing in Program and Project Management, Consulting, and Leadership. He has been teaching various courses at the undergrad and master level relating to ethics, information management, leadership and management, project management, and career exploration since 2011 and is passionate about the leadership required in program/project management and consulting roles and holds a strong belief that ethical leadership plays a major role in the success of programs and projects. In addition to his work at the Information School, he has diverse experiences in program and project leadership roles supporting the Federal Government on active duty, as well as being a civil servant and contractor for over 40 years. He has a Master of Science in Information Systems Technology, Certificates in CIO Federal Executive Competencies and Project Management from the George Washington University, and a Master of Public Administration from Marist College, as well as many other professional certifications.
