Desouza cited in HBR blog on U.S. intel community

Dr. Kevin C. Desouza's most recent paper on the information and knowledge management disconnects in the US Intel Community was featured in a post on the Harvard Business Review blog. You can find the post here.

The blog post, by Tom Davenport, is a response to criticism of the U.S. intelligence agencies for not keeping accused underwear bomber Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab off the Christmas Day flight from Amsterdam to Detroit, and widespread questions about why agencies failed to "connect the dots" or "put the pieces together."

The post references Dr. Desouza's analysis of the difficulty of making such connections in his article in the International Journal of Public Administration.
