In preparation for the March 1 deadline for the ALA Spectrum scholarship and the iSchool current student scholarships application, IDEAS and MLIS invite you to a Spectrum and Scholarship Writing Workshop!

With a focus on BIPOC and URM MLIS students, the first half of the workshop we will be joined by a current Spectrum Scholar and a Spectrum alum to share tips on the application and how to best maximize the Spectrum Scholar experience.

The second half of the workshop will be dedicated time for working on scholarship applications, getting feedback on essay drafts, or discussing general tips.

All applied, admitted, and current MLIS students are welcome. We will send sign Zoom information to registered participants before the event.
