Libros for Oregon (LfO) is a statewide library book-buying cooperative to purchase authentic Spanish language materials at the Guadalajara International Fair. LfO experienced rapid growth and consequently neglected to keep up-to-date files and folders organized within their Google Drive. LFO's file management system was organized by broad subjects, after the first layer there was limited organization. Sorting folders by cohort years helped members locate files efficiently in the new organizational structure. This allowed members to find required documentation needed to run the organization. The system is self-archiving, meaning that past files will be stored and easily accessible to LfO members.
