In the stadium entertainment industry, the experience plays a keystone role in fan acquisition and retention. Fans spend over $50 billion dollars annually as a result of being engaged with stadiums. To maximize fan acquisition and retention, stadiums seek to achieve an unforgettable experience as fans will not come or return if their experience is subpar. Our product for the Seattle Mariners uncovers novel factors that affect fan net promoter score (NPS) through use of data analysis. With this new platform, stadium operations see leading indicators of a good/bad experience to make better informed decisions in improving NPS.
