No Address, No Problem: Recommending Policy Changes to Improve Access for Patrons Without Residential Addresses
Researching and recommending options for policies and procedures that work better for patrons that do not have residential addresses. Areas of concern include showing identification, recording a mailing address, computer access, and materials checkout.
