Jessica Anderson
MLIS, 2010
Jessica Anderson has been working as a librarian at the University of Washington Botanic Gardens' Miller Library. At the library, she answers horticulture and gardening reference questions, maintains the serials collections, works with volunteers, and orders the supplies for the library. In spring 2015, she completed the Master Gardener training program at the Center for Urban Horticulture and was hired later in the fall. Jessica very much enjoys her work at the largest horticulture library in the Pacific Northwest!
Kayhan Atesci
MSIM, 2010
Kayhan works as a Senior UX Designer at SAP Labs in Palo Alto, CA. An app Kayhan led the design of, SAP Scouting, was a finalist and People's Choice Award at the Interaction '14 Awards hosted by Interaction Design Association. SAP Scouting is a web application built for NFL teams to help scout players from the NCAA and within NFL in new ways.
Audrey Barbakoff
MLIS, 2010
As of 2024, Audrey's debut picture book, THE SCHLEMIEL KIDS SAVE THE MOON, was published by The Collective Book Studio in April 2024. Kirkus Reviews called it "an enjoyable, rollicking read". Foreword Reviews deemed it "a multicultural winner" and selected it as a Pick of the Day.
Akshay Bhagwatwar

Akshay was promoted in 2019 to senior research scientist at Amazon Worldwide Operations.
Naomi Bishop

Naomi is now a science and engineering teaching, learning, and research services librarian at Northern Arizona University.
Gabriel Chrisman

In 2022, Gabriel was hired as the Director of the Gibson Memorial Library in Creston, Iowa.
Claire Davies

Claire has earned a Doctor of Education from University of Southern California Rossier School of Education. Her dissertation, entitled “Shelf Awareness: Public Librarians and Diverse Collections," aimed to bring to life how the values and beliefs of librarians influence collections. It was nominated for a Dissertation of Distinction award.

Lee works as a Senior Metadata Librarian at ProQuest.
Braxton Ehle
Informatics, 2010
Braxton has been at Tableau since late 2014. After spending 2 1/2 years as a security engineer on the Information Security team, he moved over to the Product Security team in August 2017. He's now focusing on operational and infrastructure security for the Tableau's customer-facing products.
Melody Sky Eisler
MLIS, 2010
Melody was included in a New York Times feature in October 2018. The newspaper asked 12 authors to write about the libraries they love, and Pulitzer Prize-winning author Annie Proulx wrote about her Port Townsend Carnegie Library and what brought her into librarianship.
Melody began work at the Port Townsend, Washington, library in 2015. She was previously the manager of the Silverdale branch of Kitsap Regional Library, and had also served as chair of the Kitsap County Arts Board.
