Sola Whitehead

In 2014 Sola began working as the Medical Librarian for the VA Portland Health Care System, supporting both patients and clinicians.
Megan Willan

In August 2017, Megan began working in a new position with the King County Library System as Adult Services Librarian in the South Central region, serving the Woodmont Library.
Rachel Woodbrook

Rachel is now the data curation librarian at the University of Michigan.
Zeyu Zhang
MSIM, 2012
Zeyu has worked for Deloitte since 2012. He started as a business technology analyst, and in 2014 was promoted to be a consultant with the company, helping clients in the finance, healthcare, and telecom industries. Zeyu recently served a one-year term on Deloitte's national Business Technology Analyst Advisory Council (BTAAC). In 2015, he is looking to get more involved with new tech innovations in enterprise and consumer spaces.
Joy Zhang
Informatics, 2012
Joy joined Affirma Consulting as a project manager. After completing a challenging but extremely successful project that resulted in a half-million dollars in revenue and the launch of a change management practice at the firm, Joy was promoted to Project Management Office (PMO) manager in March 2020.
Stephanie Zimmerman

As of 2021, Stephanie was working as IT Program Manager at Seattle Children's Hospital, focusing on Information Security and Core Technology.
Norah Abokhodair

Norah is currently finishing her Ph.D. at the iSchool, studying cross-cultural privacy and security for information systems design.
Anish Abraham

As of 2023, Anish was working as a Privacy Compliance Program Manager at the University of Washington, for the Compliance Risk Services department, overseeing the coordination, consultation and oversight of patient information protection requirements for the UW Health Care Components Group (HCCG) not included in the UW Medicine-affiliated covered entity.
Talea Anderson
MLIS, 2011
alea has worked for Central Washington University Libraries since 2011. In 2014, Talea became the Scholarly Communications and Metadata Librarian, and is responsible for managing Central Washington University's institutional repository, ScholarWorks.
Hamed Barahimi
Informatics, 2011
After graduating in 2011, Hamed worked briefly as a technology consultant at Stanford Health Care in Palo Alto, California. He transitioned to a full-time role at the hospital in 2013 and, as of 2021, was working there as the IT Director for Inpatient Systems & Services at the hospital. He got his master's from the UW in Health Informatics and Health Information Management in 2017 and has since volunteered as a mentor and admissions committee member for the program.
