Kim works for a medical device manufacturing company that is making rapid testing kits for the Zika virus. She is setting up and configuring their document management software, MasterControl, as well as providing help desk services for document routing and approvals within the system. Configuration management has become her dream niche job and she is really happy to have found it.

Ceradwen works as an Instructional Designer at the College of Education at Seattle University, helping faculty build and teach online classes with the goal of creating engaging and accessible classes of high quality that promote reflection and deep learning.

As of 2024 Danielle was a technical SEO analyst. Danielle reports, "I use my MLIS skills to collaborate with engineering and product teams, manage thousands of pages of web content, and ensure web best practices. One thing I love my role is that I get to learn about how to make web technology prioritize UX and content strategy in a way the pushes the business forward, while building relationships across teams in the process."

Anthony Wright

Anthony was hired in 2018 as a community collections archivist at Virginia Tech in a continued appointment track position after completing a three-year term appointment as a resident librarian. In this new position, he will be focused on improving the relationship of the archives with various traditionally marginalized communities. He will also be working to improve the balance of representation for those communities within the university's archival holdings and ensure that they are described respectfully in finding aids and search terms.
