As of 2022, Clint was a year into his job as a Program Manager in the Reporting & Insights team of Microsoft’s Worldwide Learning group. He creates reports and runs statistical models for his business partners, including data science models that show business impact.

As of 2021, Jess had recently been promoted to Director of Operations and Automation at Appen. Jess is leading a team that focuses on automating internal processes and reporting framework for Appen's Global Business Unit.
