Rona Guo

As of 2024, Rona did a spring co-op with a climate tech company that want to de carbonize power grid. Rona also was doing fall co-op with Disney.
Yasmine Hejazi

As of 2024, Yasmine was as a Data Scientist III at Rover.
Nick Hernandez
MSIM, 2019
Nick took a new role in fall 2020 as a senior product manager at Renaissance Learning, an education technology organization. Nick is working with the Mosaic team, part of recently acquired Schoolzilla, which serves as an information integration and analytics platform for comprehensive K-12 education data. Renaissance provides products and services in over 80 percent of U.S. school districts and is focused on continuing to grow internationally.
Ben Horvath
MLIS, 2019
As of 2020, Ben was working as a Reference Librarian with Highline College. He develops and teaches information literacy classes to students and is working on projects to revise parts of the library's collection to better reflect the diversity of the student body.
Matthew Hurley

Matthew recently began working as a reference associate at South Hill Public Library in Puyallup.
Anna Hurwitz

Anna celebrated graduation by traveling to Lithuania with her father to try to learn more about his family. She is now in a full-time, six-month contract position with Hansell Tierney as an assistant archivist at the Gates Archive.

In 2021, Muhammad reported working at Salesforce as a technical architect.
Davis Huynh
Informatics, 2019
After graduating, Davis decided to take a short break and enjoy his last free summer, playing a lot of games and traveling to Korea. He now works at Liberty Mutual.
Beth Jarrell
MLIS, 2019
In 2023, Beth was promoted to Adult Services Coordinator at Sanibel Public Library in Sanibel, Florida. She was also named a member of the American Library Association's Emerging Leaders class of 2023 and was scheduled to co-chair a committee with the New Members Round Table in 2023 and 2024. She was also an interviewee in a forthcoming book by James Patterson and Matt Eversmann, "The Secret Lives of Booksellers and Librarians."
Shaarika Kaul
Informatics, 2019
As of 2023, Shaarika was an analytics leader for Visa’s Acceptance Solutions Marketing team. She leads a team of engineers to build analyses and views for data-driven decision making, and presents her insights to executives. She is also pursuing her MBA at the UW Foster School of Business.
