Biography

Shawn Walker is a PhD Candidate and founding member of the Social Media (SoMe) Lab at the University of Washington Information School. Shawn's research focuses on using methodologically sound techniques and research designs for the collection, curation, and analysis of social media data in social science research, within the context of social media usage by social movements.
