Biography

I am currently a PhD student at the University of Washington Information School working under Dr. Nicholas Weber and Dr. Bill Howe in the UW DataLab. I research and build open access infrastructures largely pertaining to municipal governments and large research institutions. I aim to understand how they are built, maintained, and utilized, how they can better serve the general public, and, how we can create digital infrastructures through open collaboration. I am specifically interested in building and scaling these solutions to a local municipal level to better understand where general methodologies succeed or fail in particular socioeconomic contexts.
