CiKeithia Pugh believes library services do not begin or end at a library building. Libraries are meant to serve people, including the youngest in our communities and need to meet families where they are at. CiKethia's 14 year library career includes building library programs to support preschool programs, home visiting programs, and multi-lingual families. She's built enduring relationships with grassroots community leaders and systems level providers to design for racial justice and racial equity. She’s published in the Youth Adult Library Services Journal.
CiKeithia is a proud alum of The Evergreen State College (Go Geoducks!) with a Bachelor of Arts degree. More importantly she can be found enjoying herself at Zumba and visiting her childhood home of Washington, D.C.
