Part B. Policies & Procedures Efficiency—Evaluate policies, procedures, and processes for efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance

Vision Having clear policies and procedures that all faculty and staff understand and follow is a key element in functioning efficiently and effectively as a school. Institutionalizing ways to discuss both strong and weak processes allows people to engage in thinking about better ways to do their work.
