Right click and "Save Target As": save to your hard drive (desktop, etc.), open Adobe Acrobat, open the file through Acrobat, and save your completed form. Or, 2. fill out the form in Adobe Reader and go to File/"Attach to Email" and send it to yourself or the appropriate person.
