Grace is the primary contact for faculty and staff regarding online course development and delivery at the Information School. By staying up-to-date on various technology and research issues related to educational technology at the UW and elsewhere and maintaining a Faculty Handbook for Course Development , she assures that the iSchool maintains appropriate technology tools for communication, presentation and collaboration in the online program. In addition, she provides resources and instruction to iSchool students learning to use various information and communication technologies . Grace earned her BA in Communications at Gonzaga University (1991) and her MLIS at the Information School at the University of Washington (2001).
