Tuition-Exemption Program

The University of Washington offers the Tuition Exemption Program (UW Administrative Policy Statement 22.1) to all eligible faculty, professional, and classified staff employees on a space-available basis, subject to certain conditions. Tuition Exemption Program is also available to employees of the State of Washington and the Washington National Guard.

The Tuition Exemption Program is available to students in the residential MLIS program only, and cannot be applied to any self-supporting, fee-based programs (Online MLIS).
