Build Your Career through Internships

Students are strongly encouraged to do one or more internship(s). Internships may take various forms, such as a full-time summer internship or a part-time internship that runs throughout a quarter or school year. Internships may be paid or non-paid.

Internships allow you to expand and hone your skills as a professional, and are increasingly considered a prerequisite for hiring by most employers. In addition to providing the types of work experience you can only find in a professional setting, internships allow you to explore the information and technology field as you look for a role or function you are passionate about.
