D.A. has a strong technology background and experience in both front- and back-end Web design and development. As course developer for Fluency with Information Technology, a UW Educational Outreach program funded by a National Science Foundation grant, D.A. also programmed personalization features, a registration system, course statistics, quizzes, and a database More...

D.A. was content editor for the first major redesign of the Information School’s Web site and enjoys spending time adding features to the iSchool Web site and SharePoint. D.A. earned the Master of Library and Information Science degree from the University of Washington, along with the Web Technology Solutions certificate and the Technical Editing and Writing certificate, and holds a B.S. with Distinction in Information Systems Management from San Diego State University.

D.A. has worked in computer consulting, builds computers as a hobby, and enjoys making the technically complex easy to understand.
